Euler IX issue (06.10.2026)¶

Due to a power failure at the CSCS data center in Lugano, shortly after 09:00 pm 103 Euler IX nodes went down went down and are currently unavailable. Jobs running on those nodes are lost. If you see that your job failed with status NODE_FAIL, then it was very likely affected by this incident. Please restart those jobs if you were affected, as they can run on other nodes.

We are in the process of powering on and checking the nodes. Any nodes that pass the required checks will be brought back online as soon as possible.
